Tariff Revision Dec. 8, 2023: Washington Water Supply, Inc. filed with the commission tariff pages to re-institute the $60 per month surcharge for six months or until it collects $13,710 whichever occurs first, to collect for the remainder of water trucking costs.
Order 01 Jan. 11, 2024: The commission issued Order 01 Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions.
Order 02 Feb. 23, 2024: The commission issued Order 02 Denying Motion for Reconsideration.
