Revises Tariff WN U-3 to establish Schedule 700 - Temporary Climate Commitment Act (CCA) Rate Adjustment, for the purpose of passing through to ratepayers the Company's CCA compliance costs and revenues accrued through December 31, 2024. Net recoverable CCA compliance costs are $31.25 million. An average non-low-income residential ratepayer using 55 therms per month would see an increase of $2.83 per month, or 3.69 percent. Known low-income ratepayers would receive a credit that fully offsets the CCA charge rate resulting in a $0.00 charge to those ratepayers. |
