Revised Tariff WN U-3 to establish Schedule 700 - Temporary Climate Commitment Act (CCA) Rate Adjustment, for the purpose of passing through to ratepayers the Company's CCA compliance costs to revenues accrued through December 31, 2024. Net recoverable CCA compliance costs are $20.55 million. An average non-low-income residential ratepayer using 54 therms per month would see an increase of $1.12 per month, or 1.46 percent.
