Less than statutory notice request for Tariff revisions that would generate approximately $8,500 (.71 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the increased cost of disposal fees set by the Lincoln City, Sunshine Recyclers, and WM Graham Road Disposal sites. On 04/01/2024, disposal fees will increase from $119.04 per ton to $124.32 per ton at the Lincoln County Transfer station and $106.95 per ton to $111.69 per ton at the Sunshine Recycling Transfer Station. The Company provides regulated solid waste collection service to approximately 850 residential, 1300 commercial, and 15 drop box customers in Adams and Lincoln Counties. The Company’s last general rate increase became effective on July 1, 2023. |
