Proposed changes to Item 18, Billing, to change the billing period from 2 months to 3 months. Proposed changes to Item 30, Limitation of Service, to add provisions for missed service due to equipment and/or labor shortages. The Company provides regulated solid waste collection service to approximately 303 residential, 900 commercial, and 20 drop box customers in Adams and Lincoln Counties. The Company’s last general rate increase became effective on October 1, 2010. |
