Revises Tariff WN U-2 to change the bill due date from 20 days to 15 days after the issue date, adds a $25 Insufficient Fund Charge for returned checks, debit card, and credit card payments, and combines the Service Order charge and the Line Connection charge into one charge called the Installation Charge.
