  • 10/28/2021 -- Close (Chairman Danner moved to issue an order requiring Puget Sound Energy, Avista Corporation, and Cascade Natural Gas Corporation to file tariffs which revise their current Perpetual Net Present Value calculations, to include a sever-year timeframe for line extension allowances. These utilities are authorized to grandfather those customers seeking line extensions who have submitted applications that are either approved or pending on the effective date of these tariffs or if they can demonstrate or test that, pending applications have been filed with local permitting offices by the date of this tariff. And this provision expires on April 1, 2022. Commissioner Rendahl seconded the motion. Commissioner Balasbas dissented. The motion carried. (2:1))
