Procedural History

Tariff Revisions Feb. 15, 2024: Puget Sound Energy filed revisions to its currently effective WN U-60 Tariff G for electric service and to its currently effective WN U-2 Tariff for natural gas service with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission.

Order 01 and 02 March 5, 2024: The commission issued Order 01, Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions; Order of Consolidation which suspended operation of the tariff revisions. It also issued Order 02, Protective Order with Provisions Governing Highly Confidential Information. 

Notice of Prehearing Conference March 8, 2024: The commission issued a Notice of Prehearing Conference giving notice of a virtual prehearing conference in this matter at 9:30 a.m., April 2, 2024. Order 03/01 Consolidating Dockets March 29, 2024: The commission issued Order 03/01 Consolidating Dockets which consolidates docket UE-230810 into the previously consolidated dockets UE-240004 and UG-240005.
 
Order 04/02 Prehearing Conference Order; Notice of Hearing April 22, 2024: The commission issued a Prehearing Conference Order; Notice of Hearing which set a procedural schedule and set an evidentiary hearing date. This hybrid evidentiary hearing will begin on Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, at 9 a.m., continuing if necessary at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024.
