Overview
The UTC is evaluating PacifiCorp's compliance with the Clean Energy Transformation Act. In response to Order 06 in Docket UE-220376, PacifiCorp filed a Revised Clean Energy Implementation Plan (Revised CEIP).

Notice Suspending Procedural Schedule Aug.21, 2023: The commission issued a Notice suspending the procedural schedule, following notification that parties intend to file a settlement agreement. The procedural schedule is suspended and the hearing set for Feb. 13, 2024, is canceled.

Order 09 March 25, 2024: The commission entered Order 09 Suspending Biennial CEIP Update; Setting Matter for Adjudication. This order suspends the Biennial CEIP filed on Nov. 1, 2023, and sets the matter for adjudication wherein the commission will initiate an investigation of PacifiCorp d/b/a Pacific Power & Light Company’s Clean Energy Implementation Plan Biennial Update.
