Procedural History
Tariff Revisions filed April 19, 2023: On April 19, 2023, PacifiCorp filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission revisions to its currently effective tariff, WN U-76, which would result in a general rate increase for electric service.
Complaint Order 01 May 2, 2023: The Commission issued Order 01 Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions and Order 02, Protective Order.
