Procedural History
On April 6, 2022, the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission issued a Complaint and Notice of Prehearing Conference against CenturyLink Communications LLC d/b/a Lumen Technologies Group; Qwest Corporation; CenturyTel of Washington, Inc.; CenturyTel of Inter Island, Inc.; CenturyTel of Cowiche, Inc.; and United Telephone Company of the Northwest (collectively, the Lumen Companies), alleging violations of WAC 480-120-173. The prehearing conference was held on May 23, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.

On March 24, 2023, the commission issued a Notice Cancelling the Evidentiary Hearing scheduled for March 24, 2023, in response to a Motion filed by Parties to proceed on a paper record. The notice established a deadline for filing objections to cross-examination exhibits of March 24, 2023, at 5 p.m. and maintained the remaining deadlines of the procedural schedule.
