On December 21, 2020, the commission issued a prehearing conference order. Order 03 established the procedural schedule including an evidentiary hearing set for July 7, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in the commission's hearing room, 621 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey, Washington. The hearing may continue on July 9, 2021 as needed.
