The purpose of this filing is to implement changes to rates under the Energy Charge Credit
Recovery Adjustment Schedule 141A, as provided for in the Commission’s Final Order 24/10
(“Order”) in Dockets UE-220066, UG-220067, and UG-10918 (consolidated) (“2022 GRC
Dockets”)1. This rate filing adjusts both for revisions to the Schedule 139 Voluntary Long Term
Renewable Energy Purchase Rider (“Schedule 139”) Energy Charge Credit and the comparison
of amounts credited in Schedule 139 with the amounts collected through this Schedule 141A (the latter being the annual true-up). |
