Less than Statutory Notice request for notice to customers of Tariff No. 10 to increase rates due to the increased B&O tax from 1.75% to 2.10% effective October 1, 2025. The increase provides an additional annual revenue of approximately $89,000 (0.3 percent). Also, rate increase for item 53 to reflect Lummi Ferry Fees effective August 23, 2025 per Whatcom County Executive Order 2025-03. Third, tariff revisions on Item 230, drop box disposal fees. On June 1, 2025, drop box disposal fees set by Recycling & Disposal Services, Inc. increased passenger tires from $10.30 to $12.36 each. Lastly, Tariff revision on Item 230, drop box disposal fees. The Company provides regulated solid waste collection service to approximately 49,000 residential customers and approximately 5,000 drop box customers in Whatcom County.
