Less than Statutory notice request for Tariff revisions that would generate approximately $22,400 (1.0 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the increased cost of disposal fees set by the Pacific Solid Waste Disposal, Inc. On August 1, 2025, disposal fees will increase from $140.96 per ton to $145.19 per ton. Also, in Item 230, drop box disposal fees. On August 1, 2025, drop box disposal fees, set by Royal Heights Transfer Station, will increase from $153.96 per ton/yard to $154.54 per ton/yard. Annual drop box disposal revenues and expenses would increase approximately $26.00 (0.4 percent). The Company’s last general rate increase became effective on September 1, 2023. |
