Revises Tariff WN U-60, proposing to establish Schedule 111, Greenhouse Gas Emissions Cap and Invest Adjustment, recovering actual and estimated costs of compliance with the Washington Climate Commitment Act (CCA). PSE requests a $129.1 million increase in revenues to recover cost of allowance obligations for 2023, 2024, and 2025 over 17 months. A residential ratepayer using an average of 800 kWhs a month would see a bill increase of $3.55, or 2.66 percent. The tariff revisions are proposed to become effective July 25, 2025, with rates effective August 1, 2025. |
