Annual Review of all Federal “High-Cost” Eligible Telecommunications Carriers’ certifications and reports filed pursuant to WAC 480-123-060, -070, and -080. The aggregate annual high-cost federal support that was distributed to these companies in our state was $73 Million during 2024. For continued support in 2026 the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission must notify the Federal Communications Commission and the Universal Service Administrative Company, in accordance with 47 CFR 54.314, before October 1, 2025.
