Less than statutory notice request for Tariff revisions for Basin Disposal of WA., LLC d/b/a Basin Disposal of Walla Walla that would generate approximately $34,783 (1.22 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the increased cost of disposal fees set by the Sudbury Road Landfill. On February 1, 2024, disposal fees will increase from $102.20 per ton to $105.27 per ton. The Company is also requesting a waiver from WAC 480-07-900(5)(b). The Company serves approximately 5,000 regulated residential and commercial customers in Walla Walla County. The Company's last general rate increase became effective on June 1, 2023. |
