Less than statutory notice tariff rate increase that would generate approximately $38,850 (2.1 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the increased cost of disposal fees set by the Spokane County Public works. On January 1. 2023, disposal fees will increase from $112.00 per ton to $114.00 per ton/yard at the North County Transfer Station and the Valley Transfer Station and from $114 per ton to $119 per ton at the Wittman County Transfer Station by the Whitman County Board of Commissioners and from $117.16 per ton to $120.56 per ton at the Waste to Energy Plant by the City of Spokane. The Company serves approximately 5,000 residential, 900 commercial and 18 drop box customers. The Company's last general rate increase became effective on April 18, 2018. |
