- 06/03/2021 -- Approved (Commissioner Rendahl moved that in Docket UE-210220, the commission issue an order approving Puget Sound Energy’s Draft All Source Request for Proposals with the following conditions: 1. That PSE must post workshop materials to its RFP website at least seven calendar days prior to each workshop and materials for the effective load carrying capability ELCC workshop must include an ELCC review and primer as described in Staff’s memo. 2. That PSE must make bidders and interested parties aware of any notices for public comment issued by the commission to this docket, by posting such notices to the RFP website and circulating notices to its RFP email list. 3. That PSE must file with the commission response comments filed pursuant to the above referenced notice within six weeks of the notice’s deadline and if revision of PSEs ELCC methodology or implementation in phase two is warranted, PSE must file the revisions with the commission. 4. Staff has a recommendation about the commission issuing a notice of public comment and that the notice should have a deadline of one month after the ELCC workshop. 5. And finally, that PSE must remove from it’s RFP the inclusion of a return adder for PPAs. Chairman Danner seconded the motion. The motion carried (3:0) )
