The Commission will convene a hybrid workshop on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., to further discuss the calculation, allocation, and distribution of nonvolumetric CCA credits and the use of revenue from the sale of these credits. An agenda for the workshop will be posted in the docket by Thursday, June 11th. Expected agenda topics include the design and implementation of a semi-annual passback framework and the treatment of low-income customer credits.
