On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (Commission) and the Washington Department of Commerce (Commerce or Department) will hold a resource adequacy meeting focused on winter readiness as part of an extended statewide discussion on the adequacy of energy resources to serve customer needs. Presentations and discussions will include winter assessments, general winter readiness data, and the role of the gas system in meeting the state’s energy demand.
