Revises three schedules related to the Company’s low-income programs. First, Schedule 230 is being revised to reflect temporary rate adjustments that amortize deferred account balances for the prior year costs under Schedule J, “Gas Residential Energy Assistance Tariff (GREAT),” and Schedule I, “Washington Low-Income Energy Efficiency (WA-LIEE) Programs.” Second, this filing revises Schedule 231 to reflect an updated forecast of expected costs to be recovered in Schedule 231 for the Residential Bill Discount Program and to reflect the balancing account which captures the difference between the prior-year’s forecast and the actual costs incurred. Third, this filing revises Schedule 234 to reflect the proposed amortization of past deferred amounts for the Residential Arrearage Management Program. The revisions to the Company’s tariff for these programs, available to income-qualifying customers, have been combined in this filing for ease of review of the proposed rate changes and to address RCW 80.28.425. |
