Revises Tariff WN U-76 to propose new Schedule 115, Nonresidential Charging Pilot, to improve access to electric vehicle charging and accelerate transportation electrification in Washington. Through this pilot, the Company will offer incentives of up 75 percent of the cost of the equipment, or up to $4,000 per Level 2 (L2) single port charger, up to $7,000 for multi-port L2 chargers, up to $45,000 for a single-port DC fast charger (DCFC), and up to $63,000 for multi-port DCFC. The pilot also offers a nonresidential grant-based custom projects and partnerships track for the Company's Communities Grant recipients. The costs of this pilot will be deferred into a regulatory asset account, with recovery of those costs subject to approval of an application for recovery at a future date.
