- 07/31/2026 -- Allowed (Commissioner Rendahl moved to issue an Order to allow the Tariff pages filed by Wildwood Water Company, LLC. in Docket UW-260460 on May 29, 2026, and as revised on July 22, 2026, to become effective August 1, 2026, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Company must file a general rate case no later than 24 months after the effective date of this order. 2. The Company must implement a timecard system to accurately record the hours worked by each employee. 3. Before the next General Rate Case and as soon as possible, the Company must obtain bids for Satellite Management Agency services and provide those bids to Commission Staff before the next general rate case. 4. Within 60 days of this order, the company must provide monthly water testing and water quality reports to its customers on the company’s website. 5. The Company must notify the Commission when it resolves the Department of Health’s notice to correct violation order or if the Department of Health takes further action on the company’s water systems. 6. The Company must hold a community meeting within 60 days of this order with customers of both systems, the Department of Health, Commission staff, and the Office of Public Counsel to address questions of water quality, other health concerns, rate making 101, clarifying the point of contact for customer questions and requests and any other issues.
