  • 06/30/2026 -- Allowed (Commissioner Rendahl moved the commission enter an order in docket TG-260392, rejecting the tariff pages filed on May 14, 2026. Directing Carroll-Naslund Disposal Service, Inc. to file revised tariff pages for phase one and phase two, before July 1, 2026. Upon filing the revised tariff pages agreed to by commission staff and Carroll-Naslund Disposal Service, Inc., the rate should be allowed to take effect, July 1, 2026, excluding the 2026 peter built, 31-yard automated side loader, which will not enter service until after July 1, 2026. Before the 2026 peter build 31-yard automated side loader can be placed into rates, the Company must submit compliance filing, attesting to the company receiving and placing into service, that truck that staff reviewed but the company did not receive until after the effective date of the filed rates. Requiring the company when submitting the compliance filing, to issue a notification to rate payers, using a bill insert in the next bill issued. The notice must state that the rate increase was approved in docket TG-260392, for the addition of the new truck and the percentage increase. Granting the company less than statutory treatment of the notice in effect of the compliance filing. Requiring that, if the company submits any tariff revisions affecting rates filed before the effective date of the compliance period, those revisions must have the same effective date as the tariff revisions that incorporate into rates, the 2026 peter built. Requiring the company to file with the commission, a petition for accounting deferral once the company learns of the resolution of the pending insurance claim.)
