(2) Approving Puget Sound Energy’s proposal to recover the remaining 2025 Power Cost Adjustment customer deferral balance of approximately $59.5 million before gross-up, or $62.6 million after gross-up for revenue-sensitive items, over 12 months beginning January 1, 2027. This approval is subject to refund pending the outcome of adjudication of the issue of the prudence of the Gray’s Harbor tolling agreement during 2025. (3) Authorizing Puget Sound Energy to submit revised pages to its Tariff Schedule 95, Power Cost Adjustment Clause, to recover the remaining residual customer receivable effective January 1, 2027. (4) Authorizing Puget Sound Energy to submit revised pages to its Tariff Schedule 139, Voluntary Long-Term Renewable Energy Purchase Rider, to update supplemental credits for Green Direct customers effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. (5) Approving Puget Sound Energy’s 2025 Green Direct Program report for purposes of this annual Power Cost Adjustment compliance filing. (6) Setting for Adjudication, the issue of the prudency of the Gray’s Harbor tolling agreement in 2025, pursuant to a schedule decided by the Administrative Law Judge at the Pre-Hearing Conference. Commissioner Rendahl seconded the motion. The motion carried (3:0) )
