Less than Statutory notice request for San Juan Sanitation, Inc. Tariff revisions in Item 230, drop box disposal fees. On January 1, 2026, drop box disposal fees, set by Skagit County Public Works at the Skagit County Transfer Station will increase from $112 per ton to $140 per ton. The disposal fee includes a $7 per ton surcharge on refuse from San Juan County. The Company uses the Skagit County Transfer Station occasionally and currently has no affected customers. The Company’s last general rate increase became effective on December 1, 2019. |
