Less than Statutory Notice request for Ada-Lin Waste Systems, Inc., dba Sunshine Disposal & Recycling, Tariff No. 10.1 that would generate approximately $5,000 (0.4 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the increased cost of drop box disposal fees set by Waste Management, at the Graham Road Recycling & Disposal Facility and the increased B&O tax from 1.75% to 2.10% effective January 1, 2026. The Company provides regulated solid waste collection service to approximately 850 residential, 1300 commercial, and 24 drop box customers in Lincoln and Adams Counties. The Company’s last general rate increase became effective on July 1, 2023. |
