Finding that the company has submitted necessary considerations in compliance with each item in RCW 80.28.460(3) and therefore should be eligible to receive grant funding and confirming that Northwest Natural Gas Company has complied with RCW 80.28.460(6) by proposing a series of metrics to evaluate the TENS pilot project.
