As a condition of this grant, San Juan Express, Inc. shall maintain a public notice of its petition for at least 15 days prior to the May 22, 2025, Open Meeting, pursuant to WAC 480-51-130 and at the direction of the Commission’s Public Involvement Staff. 4. San Juan Express Inc. must file with the Commission a report on any changes to operations and an update on the Company’s pursuit of new assets no later than December 31, 2025; anything the company is doing to address the upcoming FIFA World Cup. 5. San Juan Express Inc. must file any request for discontinuance for the 2026 sailing season by March 30, 2026, as well as File the appropriate notice to customer at least 15 days prior to the effective date of the petition for discontinuance.
