On April 16, 2021, the Commission filed with the Code Reviser it's Notice of Expedited Rulemaking (CR-105), proposing an expedited rulemaking to update the Commission's adoption-by-reference rules and correct ministerial errors in 480 WAC. Also on April 19, 2021, the Commission issued a notice to all potential stakeholders, providing opportunity to object to the expedited rulemaking by June 21, 2021.
