HB 1841 Rulemaking - TR-200536

On July 20, 2020, the commission filed a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR-101) with the Office of the Code Reviser, to be published under WSR #20-15-127. On July 21, 2020, the commission issued a notice in docket TR-200536, providing opportunity to file written comments on questions detailed in the notice by Sept. 4, 2020.

On March 18, 2022, the commission filed with the Code Reviser its Proposed Rulemaking (CR-102), to be published under WSR#22-07-100. Also on March 18, the commission issued a notice of opportunity to comment on the proposed rules and notice of adoption hearing.
