Actions Issued by the Secretary Under Delegated Authority

This page provides notice of the UTC’s executive secretary actions, in the name of the commission, under authority delegated by the commission. This page shows the delegated actions entered in the last 14 days.

Procedural rules, WAC 480-07-904(3), allow any person affected by the secretary's action on a delegated item to ask the commission to review the decision at an open meeting, or through a hearing if a transportation carrier's permit is suspended or canceled.

* The deadline for requesting review by the commission is 14 days after the action is posted. If a deadline falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the next business day. (The list below contains records up to three days past the review date to accommodate three-day weekends.)
