Interconnection Agreement Information

Delegated Orders Approving Interconnection Agreements:

Most interconnection agreements are now handled as delegated orders, as allowed by WAC 480-07-904. This means that they are decided by the executive secretary as soon as staff review is complete, rather than by the Commissioners at an open meeting.
