Customer Notice and Fees Rulemaking

On March 18, 2022, the commission filed a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR-101) with the Office of the Code Reviser, to be published under WSR #20-15-127. On July 21, 2020, the commission issued a notice in docket U-210800, providing an opportunity to file written comments on questions detailed in the notice by April 29, 2022.
