Visiting
The UTC building is open to the public. Appointments are recommended.
To ensure the appropriate staff are available to assist you, we strongly encourage scheduling an appointment before your arrival. You can call 360-664-1234 to schedule an appointment, or visit our contact information page for further details. If needed, you can also call 360-664-1160 to request a transfer to the appropriate section to get your session scheduled.
Lobby hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Arriving at the building
Use the intercom located in front of the lobby doors to contact a UTC staff member. They will verify your appointment and let you in.
Visitors can access the lobby from the main building entrance on Woodland Square Loop, across from the entrance to Huntamer Park. Masks in the building are optional.
The safety and well-being of our employees and community are our top priority. While our lobby will be open to the public, all business can be completed online.

Parking
There is visitor parking in front of the building and throughout Woodland Square Loop. View a printable parking map and print a visitor parking pass before your visit.
If you do not have access to a printer, let us know, and we can provide a pass for you.
