The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) requires school districts to obtain carrier profile reports indicating a satisfactory rating from the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission before providing any charter service (WAC 392-144-045). Additionally all consumers can request a carrier profile from the commission to find out the company's current safety rating.
Get a carrier profile by sending an email to CarrierProfileRequests@utc.wa.gov, or call (360) 664-1265.
In your email provide the following:

Name of the person requesting the carrier profile.

School district name (if applicable), and email address.

Carrier name, USDOT number, and commission permit number. A carrier can provide you with it's permit number.
