Telecommunication Company Tariffs
Regulated telecommunication companies must file tariffs (a document outlining rates, terms, and conditions for providing service) with the UTC describing their monopoly services. A company must ask for approval of any changes. Many companies also maintain electronic versions of tariffs on their own websites.
Competitive telecommunications companies usually describe their services in a catalog. These catalogs are also usually available on the company's website.
For paper copies of tariffs on file with the UTC, please visit the online records center or submit a public records request. Please email consumer@utc.wa.gov if you need help understanding information in the tariffs.
