Company Tariffs

Telecommunications Tariffs

Regulated telecommunications companies must file tariffs - a document outlining rates, terms and conditions for providing service - with the UTC describing their monopoly services and must ask for approval of any changes. Many companies also maintain electronic versions of tariffs on their own websites.

Competitive telecommunications companies usually describe their services in a catalog. These catalogs are also usually available on the company's website.

For paper copies of tariffs on file with the UTC please visit the online records center or submit a public records request.
