Broadband Adoption, Availability, and Use Study

2008 Washington Broadband Study

On June 30, 2008, an outside consultant completed a broadband study to address Washington residential broadband adoption, availability, and use. The commission prepared this study as required by Section 149 of the 2007-09 Omnibus Operating Budget. The study also helped to identify factors preventing the widespread availability and use of broadband.
