Approved insurance companies can send electronic insurance filings (Form E or Form K) by email for transportation carriers. There is no fee to file. Files must be in Word or PDF format.

Email transportation@utc.wa.gov to ask to be added to the registered user list. Be sure to include every email address you want approved. How to Send an Electronic Filing
Send each filing as a Word or PDF file and attach only one document per email and send it to insurance@utc.wa.gov. You will get an email right away confirming that your filing was received. Commission staff will review it within two business days and decide if it meets all requirements. If it does not, you will receive an explanation.
If you need to change your pre-authorization form, email the updated information to transportation@utc.wa.gov.
