On July 21, 2020, the commission issued a notice in docket U-210800, providing an opportunity to file written comments on questions detailed in the notice by April 29, 2022.
On August 28, 2023, the commission issued draft rules and held a workshop to gather input on the draft rules on September 7, 2023.
On March 13, 2026, the commission issued a Notice of Opportunity to Provide Comments on recent revisions to draft rules. The deadline to file comments was set for Friday, April 17, 2026, at 5 p.m.
