What Commission Staff Do
The commission staff are involved in many advisory group meetings. Staff join advisory groups that focus on local planning and demand‑side management. They also provide guidance to investor‑owned utilities as the utilities create plans, such as:
- Clean energy implementation plans
- Integrated resource plans
- Demand‑side management plans
- Other energy‑related plans and programs
