Commenting on PSE rates?

We are hearing from many consumers about PSE rate increases that took effect in Jan. 2026. While we can accept comments on those issues, the dockets are closed.

Instead, we encourage PSE consumers to comment on PSE’s current open rate case in docket UE-260005, which is being reviewed now. You can submit comment with our Online Comment Form. The case will likely be decided in late 2026. In it, PSE requests:

  1. Electric increases of 15.15% in 2027, 3.74% in 2028, and 8.7% in 2029.
  2. Natural gas increases of 14.16% in 2027, 3.16% in 2028, and 3.64% in 2029.
