E-File
Welcome to the commission’s electronic-filing system (e-file).
E-filing allows you to submit documents electronically to the commission including: rulemaking comments, annual reports, new tariffs, time schedules, contracts and pleadings in adjudicated cases.
Submitters of e-filed tariffs are required to preregister by submitting an authorization letter. Also, all e-filed documents must be in compliance with the appropriate WAC’s and RCW’s.
It may be necessary to follow up with paper copies of these documents after e-filing.
