Procedural History
Tariff Revisions Oct. 4, 2023: Murrey’s Disposal Company, Inc. d/b/a Olympic Disposal filed tariff revisions with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission.
Prehearing Conference Jan. 21, 2024: The commission convened a virtual prehearing conference.
Orders 02 and 03 Feb. 5, 2024: The commission issued Order 02 Prehearing Conference Order and Order 03 Protective Order. The Prehearing Conference Order established a procedural schedule including a hybrid evidentiary hearing set for Sept. 9, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. The hearing may continue on Sept. 10, 2024, as needed.
