On March 11, 2025, the commission received a petition for rulemaking to amend WAC 480-100-373 in Docket UE-250337. The petition seeks to specify that voltage stability is measured at the point of service.
On May 14, 2025, the commission issued Order 01 Denying Petition in Favor of Commission Initiated Rulemaking.
On Sept. 3, 2025, the commission filed a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR-101) with the Office of the Code Reviser, to be published under WSR #25-18-102. On the same day, the commission issued a notice in docket U-250608, providing opportunity to file written comments on questions detailed in the notice by Oct. 17, 2025.
