On the same day, the commission issued a Notice of Opportunity to File Written Comments and Notice of Workshop in Docket TG-260161. The Notice set a deadline for written comments of July 31, 2026. The hybrid workshop is set for Oct. 20, 2026, at 9 a.m. Interested persons may participate in the workshop in person at the commission’s headquarters or virtually via Zoom.
