Tariff Revision July 29, 2025: Puget Sound Pilots (PSP) filed Tariff No. 3 with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission revising its currently effective Tariff No. 2. The proposed revised tariff sheets provide an effective date of Aug. 29, 2025.
Complaint Aug. 21, 2025: The commission issued Order 01 Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions, setting the matter for adjudication.
