Procedural History

Tariff Revision Feb. 27, 2026: Puget Sound Energy filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission proposed revisions in Docket UE-260005 to currently effective electric service tariff, Tariff WN U-60, and in Docket UG-260006 to its currently effective natural gas service tariff, Tariff WN U-2. The purpose of the filing is to increase rates for electric and natural gas services in Washington.

Order 01 Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions; Order of Consolidation Mar 13, 2026: The commission issued Order 01 Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions; Order of Consolidation, which among other things, consolidated Dockets UE-260005 and UG-260006, suspended the tariff revisions, and set the consolidated docket for adjudication.  

Order 02 Protective Order Mar. 25, 2026: The commission issued Order 02 Protective Order, which set out the rules governing disclosure of information designated as confidential in this docket.
